Job Description:
- Good knowledge in using computer system ,especially MS Excel.
- Can do nature and willing to work in shifts and on weekends and holidays.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Attend to any parking related issues
- Maintain accurate revenue records
- Ensure movement of cash is done with security measures :
- Maintain attendance manually of cashiers
- Check cashiers of any cash carriage, record same
- Arrange money change to cashiers and maintain records
- Attend to parking related issues
- Monitor whether tickets are being collected and put in box
- Ensure receipts are being given to customers
- Ensure no double scanning, or double vehicle exits
- Observe for any revenue leak, or deviations which can lead to revenue leak
- Surprise visit to pay stations and bring issues to CSO notice
- Assist Senior Parking & Security Officer in accounting and handing of cash to finance
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge in using computer system ,especially MS Excel.
