Job Title: Sigmund Business Development Engineers
- Looking for Business Development Engineer : Sigmund Assembly Tolerance Stacks Software.
Location:
- Chennai
What you need for this position:
- Understand process capability, quality terms, six sigma implementation process.
- Good working knowledge of 3D CAD tools - SolidWorks, ProE, Unigraphics, CATIA.
Following knowledge will be advantageous:
- Basic engineering statistics, Production process, Lean Manufacturing - Process Improvement Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Green Belt - ISO 9001, Statistical Process Control, Mechanical Engineer - Skills Required - Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt, Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Manufacturing, ISO 9001, SPC, JD Edwards, Technical Writing, Customer Complaints, Project Management , Technical Writing, Corrective Action and Customer Complaint experience, Quality Reporting and Analysis including RGA's, Complaints Cycle and Claims. Quality Audits - Supplier Quality Audits and Internal Audits.
- Analysis - SPC, Statistical Process Analysis, Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt, Six Sigma Green Belt and/or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor are a plus points.
Experience:
- Min of 1-3 years of experience in Quality with sales experience or with out experience but a passion towards sales.

- Conduct on site needs assessment with customers and present suite of Engineering Solutions.
- Bring the #1 selling Sigmund Works to manufacturing and design industries
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual unit and revenue goals
- Manage the sales activities of the assigned territory and provide detailed, accurate monthly forecasts
- Work hand in hand with engineers to demonstrate solutions to fill client needs. Continue a coordinated effort to ensure client success and ongoing sales opportunities.
Education:
- B.E. Mechanical
Requirements:
- The successful candidate will have a Solution based approach to solve customer requirements. Must be a problem solver with a get it done attitude and strong self-motivational attributes. Must be comfortable selling at the executive as well as the engineering levels. Must have high standards for themselves, their product and their services
- Proven track record in manufacturing, technology, software or institutional sales
- 1-3 years of sales experience, with a successful record of sales performance or passion towards sales(without similar kind of experince)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of the MCAD industry is very highly desired. Prior experience selling SigmundWorks or other CAD systems is a strong plus.
- In addition, the candidate will also possess the ability to function in a team atmosphere, appreciate aggressive goals, have superior organizational/time management skills and a make-it-happen attitude.

- As a technical sales professional, you will be responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle. This will include cold calling, prospecting, qualifying and all other aspects of the sale. You will be responsible for building long term relationships, which are founded on the principles of ROI, and offering solutions that ultimately improve the overall business productivity and profitability of engineering and manufacturing environments.
