Job Description:
- Meet the target numbers, Prospect base development, Taking sales calls (Calls with appt and cold calls).
- Generating Contract staffing sales enquiries, Competitive selling, Organizing Demonstrations / benchmarks, Negotiations.
- Booking of orders, Billing of orders, Payment /other tax forms collection, Preparing reports on sales activity.
- Covering a designated territory for sales leads, Interaction with marketing dept & superiors on sales issues.
- Maintenance of all documentation relevant to his function.
- Ensure total Customer Satisfaction
Experience: 1- 3 years preferably in body shopping/outsourcing/contract staffing to Engineering Services Providers/Technical Centers/R&D/AutoOEMs etc.,
Education: BE Graduate
Desired Profile:
- Sales experience in contract staffing/bodyshopping would be an advantage. Temporary staffing sales experience would be an added advantage.
- Must possess good communication skills and should be open to travel.
