Job Description:
- Making the settlement for transaction entered into by the company right from receiving application till delivery of sales deed (b2c) to sales associate payments including commissions etc (b2b) as part of operations team for projects ranging from plotted development to independent houses, apartments, farm projects, leisure apart from all group requirements
- Focus on Customer Service, Operational risk management and efficiency & co-ordinate stage wise from inception to maintenance
- To build a robust team & processes indigenously within Operations
Functional Area: Operations
Functional Role: GM/Head/VP Operations
Implement and ensure maintenance of quality management systems for operations. Quality control and time bound completion through planning, monitoring and execution.
Technical supervision of the ongoing operational activities ranging from vault management, receipts, all customer adjustments, branches/ online re-conciliation, registrations, payables to sales associates, all associate adjustments, internal audit etc
Administrative skills to motivate teams within the group are a pre-requisite..
Candidate Requirement
- APrefereably A post graduate with hands on experience in Operations of a Real estate company, Banking or insurance sector in providing Customer Relations.
- Experience: Min 10 years
- Qualification: Post Graduate

- Salary: 12.00 Lakh (Indian Rupees) per annum
