Job Description:
Experience: 1- 2 Years

- Provide Voice and Email support for End user PC issues.
- Be an expert in fixing customers issues through remote connectivity tools.
- Should possess strong PC troubleshooting knowledge.
- Additionally provide proactive Server monitoring, administration & proactive maintenance.
- Provide trouble ticketing support.
- Adhere to Customer SLAs and follow the escalation policies very strictly.
- Ensure higher degree of customer satisfaction.
- Provide necessary documentations and reports as and when required.
- Author technical documentations for the global technical support team.
- Proactive communication with the Management.
Preferred Skills:
- BE, B.Tech, B.Sc., MCA or any equivalent degree preferred
- Should have experience in Technical Voice support
- Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to work in 247 shift environment.
- Be a quick learner
