Job Title:

• Business Analyst

Qualification:

• Any Graduate

Experience:

• 1 – 2 Years in Digital Marketing
• We are looking for a dynamic, fast-learning, high-integrity associate to contribute to a rapidly growing educational technology startup company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis of user behavior data (ex. website, google analytics, SEM etc.)
• Identification of business challenges and opportunities through data and research. 
• Implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Development and monitoring of business metrics.
• Lead Generation through social media and other channels.
• Ad management.
• Assist in customer communications (electronic media including Facebook email etc).

Skills Required:

• Excellent English language skills (oral and written).
• Superior problem solving skills. If you are not creative or not comfortable with numbers and data, do not apply.
• Ability to analyze and comprehend complex data.
• Ability to prepare reports through excel, access and sql.
• Prior experience with digital marketing (social media, blogging etc.) would be plus.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot table, lookup etc.), Access DB, SQL and Google Docs.
• A truly organized person with ability to learn fast and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work under tight project deadlines while keeping an eye on relevance and quality.

Salary Range:

• 1.8 - 2.5 lacs/year
