Job Position: Area Sales Manager

Job Description:

  • Area Sales Manager is expected to manage a team of 12 to 15 Sales executives.
  • Area Sales Manager has to achieve the sales targets by selling Matrimony packages /Travels packages through his/her Sales Executive team.
  • Area Sales Manager will be working from a canopy provided by the company and sales executives will be reporting to him/her in a canopy daily.
  • Area Sales Manager will be given authority to use his/her strategies to increase sales.
  • Area Sales Manger will be part of the selection process of Sales Executives. With this he/she gets an opportunity to select his/her own team effectively.
  • Area Sales Manager will be a good motivator for his/her team and also he/she must assist the top management in devising strategy for growth in their location.
  • Area Sales Manger will be doing Business Tie ups (Business to Business) with prominent players in his/her location.
  • Area Sales Manager will optimally use social media and other media channels to promote and increase visibility of our brand.

  • Candidate must have scored more than 60% throughout his /her academic career during Post Graduation, Graduation, HSC and SSC.
  • Candidate must have cleared all his subjects before Joining.
  • Candidate must deposit a Credit Deposit of Rs.50,000/- at the time of Joining.
  • The candidate during his/her tenure with the company can use this Credit Deposit anytime for booking a Flight ticket or Hotel Booking for its clients.
  • The Credit Deposit is Refundable at the time a candidate leaves the organization.

Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Description:

  • Sales Executive is expected to reach our target audience through door-to-door marketing.
  • Sales Executive has to achieve the sales targets by selling Matrimony packages /Travels packages through his/her skills.
  • Sales Executive has to report daily to Area Sales Manager before going for sales in the field.
  • Sales Executive can visit Business houses or Companies or Corporate houses to get the bulk Registration for matrimony and to get Ultra Travels registered as a travel agency for the Business houses or Companies or Corporate houses.
  • Sales executive will be meeting the clients directly and communicating our products and services effectively.
  • Sales Executive will optimally use social media and other media channels to promote and increase visibility of our brand.

  • 0 - 5 Years

Qualification:

  • Graduate

Package:

  • Package will be according to Industry Standards, Your Qualification and Work Experience.
  • It will have both fixed and Variable components.
  • In probation period one can expect near about Rs.8,000/- per month in hand salary (Inclusive both fixed and variable component).
  • Confirmation may happen in a span of six months from the date of joining and one can expect Rs.12,000/- after confirmation.
  • Moreover in one year one can expect a salary of Rs.15,000/- per month in hand as a Sales Manager.
  • Joining Grade will be Sales Executive

Job Specification:

  • Place of Joining: The Location will be majorly in metros or Tier 1 / Tier 2 Cities
  • The candidate must be comfortable speaking and writing in English, Hindi, and Local Language. Knowledge of any addition language will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate should have a good knowledge about the location where he/she is posted for doing sales. Company will prefer to give the candidate his/her native location so that the candidate has a prior knowledge about the city.
  • Candidate should have an Ability to analyse situations, he/she should be very enthusiastic, must have a good command over language; he/she should be an amazing person, honest and Trust worthy.
