Job Description / Responsibilities: 

• Work as a team player in handling the complete eBook conversion requirements of the customer.
• Oversee and guide the QA staff for analysis of the input material.
• Planning; HR, work station and delivery schedules.
• Training new staffs in eBook conversion activities.
• Mentor and lead Shift Coordinators in their responsibilities.

Desired Profile of the Candidate:

• 2+ year experience in different types of eBook conversion, HTML and XML conversion workflows.
• High level of proficiency in XML, DTD, HTML5, CSS3, and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with IDPF standards, dynamic flow epub, fixed format epub, (epub2&3), mobi/prc, lit format conversion.
• Good Communication. The candidate should understand instructions given in emails and guidelines and should be able to communicate effectively through emails.
• Ambitious and self-motivated person.

Salary:

• On par with the Industry standard /  Not a Constraint for eligible candidates.
