Job Position:

  • Personal Secretary

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements etc
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings.
  • Collect, type and distribute minutes of meeting
  • Maintain schedules and calendars
  • Arrange and confirm appointments
  • Organize internal and external events
  • Handle incoming mail, calls and other material
  • Replying to emails, faxes, post etc
  • Liaison with internal and external contacts
  • Booking travel arrangements and accommodation when necessary

Skills Required:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills 
  • Required typing speed and Short hand
  • Planning and organizing
  • Time management
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Initiative Confidentiality
  • Ready to travel
Qualification:
  • B.B.M. / B.Com / B.A / CS

Experience:

  • 1-2 years
