Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated telesales team to generate business from database.
• Supervise, train & develop various outbound & retention activities with constant focus on monthly targets amongst out sourced Staff.
• Liase with underwriters in decisioning of files.
• Maintenance of MIS relating to performance of each individual of the team and timely upward and downward feedback..
• Interface with key strategic initiatives in Sales Management including controls, systems, incentive models, recruitment/anti-attrition and others. 6. Drive Monthly Sales Targets
• Achieve productivity per head count
• Achieve COA Tagrets 9.Coaching & Training of the Team

Requirements

• Candidate must possess any degree.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Others or equivalent.
