We are seeking urgently Business Development executive for all aspects of Web Development Technologies. This position will also ensure business growth through directing and managing business development activities to ensure these are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.

Job Summary:

• Implementing business development activities, attending to all relevant business opportunities in International Market for IT Software Industry.
• Managing the entire business development life cycle process, like initiating the Hot Leads from marketing team to the closure of the account.
• Formulating innovative ways of sales and marketing.
• Attend and explain the customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales.
• Understand & define sales pipeline, industry verticals, target audience.
• A demonstrated successful portfolio of income-generating projects within the business-development field
• Identifying client needs, proposing solutions and furnishing clients with all required information about the organization, service offerings etc.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and client satisfaction.
• Efficient at Team Management in-order to achieve individual as well as organizational goals.
• Involved in to complete SDLC Support and handle Multiple Clients.
• Generating Business Leeds through Soft Calling, Data Research, Find relevant contact details for Sr./CXO level executives, Understand Lead / Prospect need and develop relevant marketing material to showcase. 

Skill Required:

• Strong communication skills, time management & organization, enthusiastic & Motivated
• Proven skills in high-level write-ups and Proposals for IT- Service Based Companies.
• Outstanding needs-analysis, positioning, business justification and negotiation skills.
• Excellent English Communication & Presentation Skills with pleasing personality
• The ability to speak with confidence about a range of services
• Experience of working with international clients preferred
• Creative and hard-working individual with the intent to take the initiative to deliver results.
• Candidates must be willing to work at odd hours, suitable to client's time-zones whenever required.
