Job Title: Billing Executive / Customer care officer

Job Description:

Billing & Stock Executive:


Qualification:
  • Any Graduate or Diploma those pursuing graduation through correspondence or having arrears with 0-2 yrs of experience and with basic computer skills.

Role Profile:

  • Obtain customer details and generate a bill in the system
  • Collect payment from the customer (Cash / Credit card / Debit card)
  • Tally the physical stock with the stock record on a daily basis
  • Physical reconciliation of sales invoice vs. cash at hand and credit card invoices

Customer Care Officer (Sales):

Qualification:
  • Any Graduate or Diploma those pursuing graduation through correspondence or having arrears with 0-2 yrs of experience in sales.

Role Profile:

  • Understand customer needs and demonstrate the products ( mobile handsets, accessories or any other Value added services) using dummy / livehandsets or catalog.
  • Emphasize on salable features, USP and benefits of the products to the customer.
  • Discuss with the customer and based on the situation, up-sells, cross sells and quotes correct prices.
  • Salary + Incentives+Allowances
