Job Title: Billing Executive / Customer care officer
Job Description:
Billing & Stock Executive:
Qualification:
- Any Graduate or Diploma those pursuing graduation through correspondence or having arrears with 0-2 yrs of experience and with basic computer skills.
Role Profile:
- Obtain customer details and generate a bill in the system
- Collect payment from the customer (Cash / Credit card / Debit card)
- Tally the physical stock with the stock record on a daily basis
- Physical reconciliation of sales invoice vs. cash at hand and credit card invoices
Customer Care Officer (Sales):
Qualification:
- Any Graduate or Diploma those pursuing graduation through correspondence or having arrears with 0-2 yrs of experience in sales.
Role Profile:
- Understand customer needs and demonstrate the products ( mobile handsets, accessories or any other Value added services) using dummy / livehandsets or catalog.
- Emphasize on salable features, USP and benefits of the products to the customer.
- Discuss with the customer and based on the situation, up-sells, cross sells and quotes correct prices.
