Job Position: Business Associates - Voice Process (500 Positions)

• Experience: 0-6 Months
• Skills Required: Good communication skills in Hindi, Marwari &/ or English, willing to work in 24/7 process window, basic computer knowledge

Job Position: Team Leaders - Voice Process (40 Positions)

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience of working in Domestic BPO
• Skills Required: Good communication skills, flexible to work in a 24/7 environment, should have handled a team of at least 20 Associates as an Associate Team Leader or Team Leader, Telecom background preferred

Job Position: Assistant Manager Operations - (10 Positions)

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience of working in Domestic BPO
• Skills Required: Good communication skills, flexible to work in a 24/7 environment, should have handled a team of at least 4-5 TLs with a total team size of 120 Associates, Telecom background preferred

Job Position: Manager Operations - (3 Positions)

• Experience: 6 to 7 years of experience of working in Domestic BPO
• Skills Required: Good communication & leadership skills, flexible to work in a 24/7 environment, should have handled a team of at least 2-3 AM(Ops) or 6-7 Team Leaders with a total team size of 350-400 Associates, Telecom background preferred

Job Position: Process Trainer – (3 Positions)

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in Domestic BPO with atleast 1-2 years as trainer
• Skills Required: Good communication skills, should have provided process and product related training to a team of at least 20 Associates

Job Position: Quality Analyst - (6 Positions)

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience of working in Domestic BPO with atleast 1-2 years as QA
• Skills Required: Good communication skills, flexible to work in a 24/7 environment, should have experience of working as a QA in the current organization

Job Position: Report Specialist - (3 Positions)

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Reporting/MIS role
• Skills Required: Good knowledge of MS Excel, sound knowledge of VB Script, SQL and Nortel reports
