- Experience: 6 to 7 years of experience of working in Domestic BPO
- Skills Required: Good communication & leadership skills, flexible to work in a 24/7 environment, should have handled a team of at least 2-3 AM(Ops) or 6-7 Team Leaders with a total team size of 350-400 Associates, Telecom background preferred
Job Position: Process Trainer – (3 Positions)
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in Domestic BPO with atleast 1-2 years as trainer
