Job Description :
- Candidate will be responsible for managing the team of Business Development Executives (BDE).
 - Candidate will be responsible for marketing, call and set-up appointments on daily basis, and meet up the defined set of prospective clients (Schools & Colleges) on daily basis.
 - Achievement of Weekly targets.
 - Ensure strict adherence of sales process and internal procedures.
 - Manage relationship with authorities of various schools and colleges all over India.
 - Proper follow-up through Telephone, Emails & Meetings with the School/College authorities to convert the presales into successfull contract deals.
 - Bringing projects(Educational Seminars/Workshops/Trainings) to the organisation.
 - Reveal and explore Local/Regional area for the marketing of Education Industry/Sector.
 - Plan and Organise various Workshops, Seminars & Trainings in cordination with the Program Manager of the Company and School/College authority.

Offerings :
- Salary : INR 1,50,000 - 2,50,000 Per Annum + Attractive Incentives

 - Probation Period : Selected Candidates have to server 06(six) Months of probation period on the above Salary Band. After 6 months, permanent positions will be assigned & salary will be revised purely on the basis of performance.

- Experience : 2-5 Years. Experience in Marketing/Sales in Education Sector will be an advantage.
 - Education : UG ( Any Graduation - Any Specialization) & PG (MBA/PGDM - Marketing/Sales)

 - Must be target driven and ready to work hard.
