Job Position: Associate Business Development Manager (Education)

Job Description :
  • Candidate will be responsible for managing the team of Business Development Executives (BDE).
  • Candidate will be responsible for marketing, call and set-up appointments on daily basis, and meet up the defined set of prospective clients (Schools & Colleges) on daily basis.
  • Achievement of Weekly targets.
  • Ensure strict adherence of sales process and internal procedures.
  • Manage relationship with authorities of various schools and colleges all over India.
  • Proper follow-up through Telephone, Emails & Meetings with the School/College authorities to convert the presales into successfull contract deals.
  • Bringing projects(Educational Seminars/Workshops/Trainings) to the organisation.
  • Reveal and explore Local/Regional area for the marketing of Education Industry/Sector.
  • Plan and Organise various Workshops, Seminars & Trainings in cordination with the Program Manager of the Company and School/College authority.

Offerings :
  • Salary : INR 1,50,000 - 2,50,000 Per Annum + Attractive Incentives
  • Functional Area : Marketing/Sales, Busines Development in Educational Sector
  • Role : Business Development Manager (Education)
  • Probation Period : Selected Candidates have to server 06(six) Months of probation period on the above Salary Band. After 6 months, permanent positions will be assigned & salary will be revised purely on the basis of performance.
Desired Candidate Profile :
  • Experience :  2-5 Years.     Experience in Marketing/Sales in Education Sector will be an advantage.
  • Education :  UG ( Any Graduation - Any Specialization) & PG (MBA/PGDM - Marketing/Sales)
Skills :
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation and Convinving Skills.
  • Must be target driven and ready to work hard.
  • Ready to travel as and when required.
  • Must have deep desire to work and succeed in target achievement & their as well as organisational growth.
  • Should be able to work on MS Office and Internet.
