Job Position: Urgent opening for AM/Manager-Telesales
Job Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to his / her team, for various products and services offered
- Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity matrix and calls/follow-ups made
- Cross sell of other products like General Insurance, Credit card, PL, HL, etc
- Coordinate with internal teams to accomplish the task assigned
- Work within the compliance boundaries set by the regulatory bodies
- Work for satisfying the customer needs by right selling the products and services offered
- Proactively resolve customer queries/issues in order to achieve highest customer satisfaction

Desired Profile:
- Minimum HSC/Graduation
- Experience of 3-5 years in outbound telesales processes
