Job Title: ASSISTANT MANAGER DATA MANAGEMENT & DATABASE

Job Benefits & Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with 10-15 years of relevant experience. Through knowledge of protection scheme, commissioning of transmission protection equipment, supervise the staff and improve their capabilities to ensure completion of all work on time. To ensure effective management for identification, collection & organization of data related to protection and maintenance of database management system

Minimum Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering

Job Description:

• Identification of protection data requirements of the department and grouping collected data in an organized manner 
• Oversee implementation and development of database system 
• Review database, database infrastructure and backup strategies to ensure optimum performance 
• Review relevant procedure manuals and prepare technical reports 
• Recommend risk mitigation and security improvement for database and database infrastructure 
• Other duties assigned by the Vice President 
• Develop, manage and supervise training and development needs of immediate employees to meet the departmental objectives 
• Develop, manage and supervise Emaritization in line with departmental requirements to meet DEWA strategic objectives 
• Develop, manage and supervise internal safety as per OH&S management system manual to DEWA safety standards
