Position: Cross Sell Manager - Personal Loans & Business Loans
Work Location: Delhi
Responsibilities
- To Hire a team of Telecallers
- Train the Telecallers
- Drive them to generate business through Telecalling on the Data base.
- Liasoning with Credit, Operations & RIC department, for the files/ cases.
- Handling the CRMs (if)
- Meeting Business Targets.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in any field.
- Required skill(s): Sales/Telesales of Personal loans, Team Handling, Strong Communication Skills.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent. Job role in Telesales Executive/Account Manager or Supervisor/Team Lead.
