Position: Collection Manager - (Debt Management)
Work Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities
- Managing collections through ADFC Team and external collection vendors.
- To achieve resolution & roll back targets and implement strategies for effective Inventory Management.
- Providing accurate and timely feedback on data, regular updates on systems and communicate the same to supervisors
- Ensure compliance from the vendors on laid down processes.
Requirements
- Candidate should have completed at least 1 year in the current role
- Good communication skills
- Prior experience in collections or similar domain will be an added advantage
