Job Position 1:

  • Retail Store Manager
  • As a store manager we’re looking for an experienced candidate who has necessary managerial and communication skills to regularly monitor the juniors and make sure the team is working towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets. English speaking candidates will be preferred.  

Job Description:

  • We expect that ALL employees become an integral part of the Headphone Zone Retail Team, help demonstrate the unique benefits that we bring to the consumer, create Headphone Zone advocates and satisfied customers. They should also be dedicated towards:
  • Maximizing the sales at our Retail Stores through optimum customer service, consistent quality exposures and demonstrations.
  • Demonstrating products in the retail stores
  • Interacting with Customers, handling customers’ queries.
  • Conducting need assessments for the customer, understanding their needs and providing them with optimum solutions available.
  • Conducting shows for walk-in customers.
  • Imparting the Headphone Zone experience and providing high standards of service.
  • Coordinating activities at the back office, managing stocks, coordinating activities related to sales as team effort.
  • Mandatory training will be provided to all selected candidates.

Job Duties:

  • Meeting and making a connection with customers, asking questions and listening to the customer’s needs, then giving options and advice on meeting those needs.
  • Efficiently carry out sale related functions.
  • Carrying out store operations and making sure activities assigned to the juniors are carried out.
  • Maintain store staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
  • Planning, monitoring, and appraising job performance of juniors.
  • Achieve sale targets objectives by implementing a periodical budget and take required measures.
  • Ensure constant availability of merchandise and maintaining inventory level.
  • Take measures to look after security of merchandise in the store.
  • Contribute to the marketing strategy by reviewing operating and sales records.
  • Should be a team player and achieve results.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Customer Focus, Tracking Budget Expenses, Pricing, Vendor Relationships, Market Knowledge, Staffing, Results Driven, Strategic Planning, Management Proficiency, Client Relationships, Verbal Communication 

Expected Salary:

  • 10000 - 12000 + Incentives up to 2000

Job Position 2: 

  • Retail Sales Associate
  • As a retail sales associate, the candidate is required to be confident with decent communication skills to interact with customers and convey necessary information to the customer for him to make an informed decision. Experience is not necessary but the candidate must possess the skills set mentioned below.

Job Duties:

  • Welcome customers by greeting them and offering them assistance.
  • Direct customers to racks, counters and suggest items.
  • Advise customers by providing detailed information on products.
  • Help encourage customers to make the right decision by offering suggestions and opinions.
  • Record sales by creating or updating customer profiles.
  • Emailing daily sales reports at the end of the day.
  • Handle billing of sales and keeping totals of payments by way of cheques, cash, or credit/debit cards.
  • Keep customers informed by responding to inquiries of potential interest.
  • Should be a team player and achieve results
