We are hiring for urgent requirements in our call center:

  • Domestic call center
  • Rotational shifts
  • Age 18 - 35 years.
  • Minimum qualification 12 th to any graduate.
  • Full-time
  • Salary: 6100 - 8500 in domestic
  • Cab facility: drop only 
  • Language: all regional languages

Key areas of responsibilities (KRAs):

  • Customer related: He / She should be interactive and provide the accurate solution to the clients through Calls
  • Process related: Maintain Call reports for the respective Client(s).
  • Handle calls as per the shared agenda.
  • Secondary responsibilities (if any):  Need based, related to Customer

Desired skill sets:

  • Knowledge: Product and Process knowledge
  • Average written & spoken communication skills in Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam & English.
  • Basic Knowledge of computer.
  • Typing speed- 15 words per minute.
  • positive attitude 
  • Candidates should be multi-Lingual.

Desired qualifications (including certifications):

  • Any Graduates/Diploma
  • BE/Btech/BCA/MCA.
  • Should be 13 years education (10+3).
