Job Title:

• Jobs for Freshers / Experienced for UK Voice Process!!!

Job Description:

• Responsible for handling calls, solving customer queries.
• Advising Customers on the right utility partner, thus enable them to save money.
• Building rapport with customers and retain them by providing quality service.
• Updating customers on latest information about the products & services.

Skills Required:

• Bpo, International, Voice, ITES, call center, telemarketing, tele, customer, calling, selling, marketing, fresher, 2012, outbound, inbound, telemarketing, retention, lead generation, customer support, ITES,

Work Timings:

• UK (4.00 p.m. - 1.30 a.m.)
• Alternate Saturdays off. Fixed Weekend off
